1. Introduction

Welcome to Peru Ancestral Paths. By engaging our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions, which govern access to, use of, and engagement with our travel packages.

We recommend reading them carefully, as they outline the rights and responsibilities of both the traveler and our agency

2. Services Offered

Peru Ancestral Paths is a specialized luxury travel agency in Peru for senior travelers. Our services include:

Design and organization of personalized itineraries.
Accommodation, transportation, and tour experience reservations.
Travel planning advice and assistance.

3. Reservations and Payments

3.1 Booking Process

To confirm a booking, the client must provide personal information and complete the required initial payment.

3.2 Deposits and Final Payments

A deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required to guarantee the booking.
The final payment must be made 90 days before the trip’s start date.
If the booking is made less than 90 days in advance, full payment will be required.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfers and secure platforms. Transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policies

4.1 Cancellations by the Client

• More than 90 days before the trip: 80% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Between 60 and 89 days before the trip: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Less than 60 days before the trip: No refund will be provided.

4.2 Cancellations by Peru Ancestral Paths

If exceptional circumstances force us to cancel the trip, we will offer alternatives or the option to postpone the trip for up to 365 days, or provide a full refund.

4.3 Itinerary Modifications

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, service availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Responsibility and Limitations

5.1 Client Responsibility

The traveler is responsible for:

• Providing truthful and complete information.
• Complying with immigration and health requirements.
• Following the guides’ instructions and respecting local regulations.

5.2 Responsibility of Peru Ancestral Paths

We are committed to providing the agreed services with the highest quality. However, we are not responsible for:

• Changes in flight schedules or third-party services.
• Loss of personal belongings.
• Accidents or incidents beyond our control.

6. Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

7. Personal Data Protection

We comply with Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All client information will be treated with confidentiality.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content and promotional material are the property of Peru Ancestral Paths and may not be reproduced without authorization.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Peruvian law. In the event of disputes, an amicable solution will be sought, and if not possible, the courts of Cusco, Peru, will have jurisdiction.
